If your IT equipment is still working but your original warranty has expired, Network Technology Services Monthly Maintenance Advantage provide you with the extended coverage you need to help maximize the value of your IT asset Inventory.
Our Monthly Maintenance Advantage service plans provide you with coverage that usually exceeds the service levels you were previously getting during the OEM warranty period. Many OEM’s have now begun the EUR or “End User Replaceable” model for servicing equipment. That means the manufacturers send you the part needed for repair and you have to install it yourself!
Network Technology Services is a true service provider. We never send you a part out for repair and ask you to install it yourself. Our skilled technicians meet the part at your location, install the part and test to make sure the equipment is operating to standard before they leave.
Maintenance Services for In-Warranty and Out-of-Warranty Equipment
That’s right. We even offer Monthly Maintenance services for equipment that is still under warranty.
